  Coconut Chutney Coconut Chutney is a south Indian dish. It is often served with breakfast or snacks. Cocount has saturated fats and some fiber contents. Cocount improves cholesterol level in the body. The coconut  chutney can be used as a side dish for idly, dosa , vada , Pongal, chapathi, poori, adai, bonda, uttapam, pakodas, upma, poha etc.   Ingredients: 1.       Fresh Coconut – ½ cup cocconut 2.      Roasted Gram – 1/4 cup 3.     Green chilly – 2 pieces 4.     Curry leaves – 4 leaves 5.     Garlic – 4 pieces 6.      Ginger-2 pieces 7.      Mustard seeds- 11/4 tblspn 8.     Urad dal-1 tblspn 9.      Refined oil – 2 tblspn 10.   Rocksalt - required Preparation method: Add all the ingredients Fresh coconut, roasted gram, Green chilly, garlic, ginger, rock salt in to the mixy jar and grind in to a fine paste, add some water as you need. Sooji Kesari Recepie

  This is a famous South Indian sweet should take it’s place in most of the functions and festivals.     Ingredients: 1.       Rava / semolina 1/2 cup 2.       sugar 3/4 cup 3.       ghee 1/4 cup 4.       water 1 1/2 cup 5.       cashews 10 6.       raisins 1 tbsp 7.       cardamom powder 1/2 tsp 8.       food colour Preparation Method:   1) Take a pan and add rava and roast in a low flame until nice aroma is formed and keep aside. 2) Take another pan and add some ghee and once it is heated add cashews and raisins, fry until it turns golden in color . 3) Shift the fried raisins and cashews to some other plate and keep aside. 4) Now add11/2 cup water to the ghee and make it boil and add food color and mix gently. 5) Make the flame low and add roasted rava and gently mix without lumps formation. 6) Once all the water is absorbed , close the lid and cook it for  2 mins on low flame. 7) Now remove the lid and mix gently add some cardamom powder and the fri
